We love sharing our Pizza Specials. And since setting up our development kitchen in Brighton last year, we felt that as well as our classics, there was room on our menu for some new pizzas that capture the essence of Fatto a Mano Neapolitan pizza, with more experimentation with pizza ingredients and toppings.
We are excited to share our new menu, now live in all our Pizzerias. As well as Pizza Classica – our Fatto a Mano classic Neapolitan pizzas, from Margherita to Diavola to Salsiccia & Friarelli, we’ve added Pizza Moderna – pizzas with exciting new toppings including Burrata & Parma, Bresaolo & Goats Cheese, ‘Nduja, Gorgonzola & Olive Tapenade, and more Pizza Vegana (vegan).
Of course our experimentation didn’t stop with pizzas, you’ll find some new sides and desserts when you next visit us.
