Terms & Conditions

1. Post a video on your Instagram feed, telling us why you love pizza. To qualify you must tag #fattoamanopizzaeveryday and @fattoamanopizza. The entrant will be the person whose Instagram account it is posted to regardless of who is featured in the the video.       2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Exclusions are at the discretion of the Promoter and include employees of Fatto a Mano Limited, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via fattoamanopizza.com/pizzaeveryday
6. This competition is running on Instagram only.
7. Multiple entries from the same person are allowed.
8. Closing date for entry will be 31.07.19. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

13. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
14. The prize is one pizza only per day at one of our pizzerias, this prize cannot be used across the other sites and can only be claimed by the winner not by any other customer.
15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
16.  The competition prize winner and any guests are responsible for paying all additional costs of any other items ordered.
17. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
18. The winners will be notified by a DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
19. The promoter will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected redeemed.
20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Earlier this year Fatto a Mano teamed up with Brighton based youth charity AudioActive, to support the awesome work they do in our communities on an ongoing basis.

AudioActive is a ground-breaking music charity, working with young people at the meeting point of technology and contemporary urban culture, “for us, music is an end in itself as well as a tool for social change, education and personal development.”

In October we partnered with AudioActive and local brewery Holler Brewery to host the launch of AudioActive’s new fundraising initiative The Movement. With a host of local artists performing on the night, the talent on show underlined the team’s work in helping young people build and develop their skills, and express their creativity.

AudioActive are looking for local businesses to join them in creating a solid foundation for the charity, and support their grass roots community work where it is most needed – working with young people who are the future for Brighton and Hove and our neighbouring towns & cities along the South Coast.

AudioActive describe The Movement as a “powerful new enterprise which aligns progressive local businesses with the vast array of young artists that keep the urban music scene burning bright, to provide regular funding that will safeguard the future for this cast of talented raconteurs.”

Win your place on the ultimate pizza tour in Naples!

Enter our Instagram competition for the chance for you and a friend to hit the home of pizza, Naples in Italy. We’ve teamed up with Daniel Young for our very own exclusive pizza tour. Daniel’s a pizza legend, creator of Young & Foodish (@youngandfoodish) and author of Where To Eat Pizza: The Experts’ Guide to the Best Pizza Places in the World.

When’s the tour?

The event will be over 2 nights. This is likely to include a weekend and be in November 2018 (given it’s our own private tour, the dates will be fixed, exact date to be confirmed).

What’s included?

The winner and each of their +1 get flights, 2 nights overnight accommodation (room share with their +1) and places on the tour. There’s lots of walking involved, and of course all pizzas will be included!

The prize

Enjoy a fab two night stay in Naples, the home of pizza. Along with flights and accommodation, you’ll join the pizza tour with pizza expert, Daniel Young. On every stop of the pizza tour you will enjoy privileged access to the best pizzerias and pizza bakers of Naples. Your fantasy pizza tour will consist of:

– Exclusive pizza tastings at 5 of the world’s best pizzerias, including L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele and 50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo

The best three photos selected will win a trip for two to Naples to include flights from Gatwick, two nights’ accommodation, breakfast and places on our private pizza tour with Daniel Young.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. 14. The prize comprises two places on our trip to Naples to include flights from / to Gatwick, two nights’ accommodation (shared room with your +1), breakfast and places on our private pizza tour with Daniel Young.

15. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The confirmed dates for the tour cannot be changes, and the prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

16. The competition prize winner and their guest are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included (as stated in these Terms & Conditions), including, where applicable, transport to and from the respective airports, additional accommodation fees, meal costs, spending money, insurance, car insurance, car insurance excess costs, petrol and all other incidentals.

17. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.

18. The winners will be notified by a DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

SUMMER 2018 Just opened

It’s an exciting time for the Fatto a Mano family as we open our third shop, right in the busy heart of Brighton’s North Laine.

Since opening the doors May 7th we have quickly settled in to our new home and feel like we have always been here!

Each of our pizzerias reflects their own neighbourhood – North Laine is busy, bustling and fun – our North Laine pizzeria is too. Positioned on the corner of Kensington Gardens,with floor to ceiling windows and seating outside, our spot is perfect for people watching and soaking up the summer vibes of Brighton.

Our team are loving the mix of tourists, day-trippers and Brighton locals who are coming to enjoy our new summer additions to the menu.

Of course you will find our usual warm and friendly Fatto a Mano welcome!

PIZZOFF Pizza making competition

As part of Brighton’s youth arts festival B.Fest, Fatto a Mano Hove hosted Brighton Youth Centre’s  PIZZOFF event – the pizza making extravaganza of the year. 

Hot on the heels of last year’s Great Brighton Bake Off, came this year’s PizzOff. A bunch of talented young people from the youth organisations across the city came to learn from our master pizza-makers and battled it out for the PizzOff title. We had professional judges including our owner Rupert Davidson and a guest appearance from the Mayor of Brighton, Mo Marsh.  

The event was recorded live by Latest TV and screened at the The Duke of Yorks at the Komedia. 

We were super impressed by the enthusiasm and talent of all the young people involved, from the participants to the presenters… we know we’ll be doing more in the future!

About B.fest 

B.fest is the only young persons’ dedicated arts festival, created for and by young people, in the South East. Now in its 6^th year, B.fest 2018 is putting together another great week of music, performance, visual art, photography, skate, bake offs and much more. B.fest gives young people the chance to see and make great art & performance, in professional venues and dedicated spaces.

Brighton Youth Centre (BYC) is an exciting hub of activity open to all young people between 5 – 19 years old, with a focus on the 13-19 age group.
